For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track.
